Check Today's Tide

We sit right on the water, so the tide shifts what you'll see from the sauna. Check today's times before you head down.

The Ritual

Heat, Cold, Then Stillness

Contrast therapy, the old-fashioned way. Sweat it out, plunge into fresh sea water pulled into our barrels every day, then sit with the view while your body resets.

Step 01

Sweat

Settle into the wood-fired heat with five others, windows fogged, bay just visible through the steam.

Step 02

Plunge

Step straight into a whiskey barrel of fresh sea water, drawn from Tralee Bay that same day. Sharp, short, and exactly the point.

Step 03

Recover

Wrap up, breathe, and let your nervous system settle while the tide does its own thing in front of you.

Visiting Kerry

Here on Holiday?

We're on the Wild Atlantic Way side of the Dingle Peninsula, looking out over Tralee Bay. Drop in after a day on the Maharees, or build a sauna session into your trip from the start. Walk-ins are also welcome if there's space, but that's not guaranteed.
