On the Wild Atlantic Way

A Proper Wild Atlantic Experience

The Wild Atlantic Way runs right past Sandy Bay in Castlegregory — and Low Tide Sauna is sitting there waiting for you. A wood-fired sauna for six, two whiskey barrels of fresh sea water from Tralee Bay, and a view across the water to the Kerry mountains.

If you're driving the Wild Atlantic Way through Kerry, or you're based on the Dingle Peninsula for a few days, a sauna session at Sandy Bay is worth building into the trip. Heat, cold, view — in that order.
