Check Today's Tide
We sit right on the water, so the tide shifts what you'll see from the sauna. Check today's times before you head down.

What to Expect
Your Session
- Six people max, so the sauna never feels crowded.
- Move between the heat and the barrels as many times as you like — there's no fixed schedule once you're in.
- Quiet voices inside the sauna. This is a wind-down spot, not a party.
- Phones away — it's a short window, leave it be.
What to Bring
- Swimwear (you'll need it for the barrels).
- A towel, and a second one if you hate sitting on a damp seat.
- Flip-flops or sliders for walking to barrels or the sea.
- A warm layer for after — bay breezes don't care that you're glowing.
- Water. Plenty of it.

Make a Day of It
Sandy Bay sits among some of Kerry's best coastline — the Maharees beaches, Brandon Bay for a surf or a walk, and the road over to Dingle if you want to keep going. A sauna session sits well either side of a day outdoors: loosen up before, recover after.
